The only attribution is given to a lifelong prisoner at Joliet prison in Ill. or some variation of that. The pamphlet mentions "The Faith of our Fathers Program" which may be the same non-profit organization registered in Nixa (http://www.nonprofitdata.com/organization-details.phtml?cmd=446005524 the site isn't exactly authoritative, it looks more like spam actually). Whatever it's background, it's a good find Brandon.
